RFQ - Upgrade Nurse Call System at CCRMC

PROJECT SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Contra Costa Regional Medical Center is a full-service county hospital (OSHPD 1) offering a complete array of patient-centered health care services. The building is 6-story, approximately 200,000 square feet, 164-bed hospital. The existing nurse call system was designed in 1997 and is reaching the end of its life expectancy. The new nurse call system shall provide comprehensive service for the patients and hospital staff, while meeting the latest standards and code requirements and allowing for future flexibility and integration.

The Capital Projects Management Division, Public Works Department, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from interested Design-Builders for the Project. SOQs are due at the Public Works Department/Capital Projects Management Division office, in writing via email only to Margaret Thorp, Senior Project Manager, Margaret.thorp@pw.cccounty.us and Jeremy Bordi, Kitchell Senior Project Manager, jbordi@kitchell.com , no later than 2:00 p.m. (PST), April 17, 2026.
