Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is requesting a quote for janitorial services to begin July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, at our Norwalk Office located at 105 Cleveland Rd, Ste. A, Norwalk, OH 44857.

Please read the attached RFQ packet scope of services before submitting a quote.

OOD is requesting the Contractor to submit a monthly fee for all services being requested in the RFQ. The quoted cost shall include, but not limited to, labor, supplies and cleaning materials.

Please attach a formal quot e .  If applicable, please list any applicable state contract and catalog numbers.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
