The Town of Madison (Town) is hereby requesting Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/RFP) for services of professional planning consultants/firms to assist in a comprehensive review and update of the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations including any necessary Zoning Map amendments. Respondents are required to submit four (4) copies and one flash drive of a sealed Statement of Qualifications and Proposal by no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at the Office of the First Selectman located at Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, Connecticut 06443. Sealed Statements of Qualifications and Proposals must be clearly marked “CONSULTING SERVICES FORCOMPREHENSIVE REVIEW AND UPDATE OF ZONING AND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS”. Statements of Qualifications and Proposals received after that date and time will be rejected.
