NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that a designated committee of the Board of Supervisors of Jones
County, Mississippi will receive sealed bids until Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
at the Courthouse in Laurel, Mississippi for the purchase of various sizes of PLASTIC
CULVERTS.
Bids must be in writing, marked on the outside of the sealed envelope “CULVERTS” and
include the name, address and telephone number of the bidder.
Bidders are required to use bid forms on file with the Board of Supervisors at the Laurel
Courthouse, 415 North 5th Avenue, Laurel, Mississippi 39440. For more information, please
contact Brittany Welch at 601.428.3128 or bwelch@co.jones.ms.us.
Bids shall be for a term of a six-month period beginning January 5, 2026 and ending
June 30, 2026.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, to waive informalities, and to
determine the best and/or lowest bid.
