This Is a Notice Of Intent To Award A Sole Source Contract.
This non-competitive presolicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 5.201 Synoses of Proposed Contract Actions. This contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-price Sole Source Award under FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to SIMmerson LLC for the Investigative Interview Human Simulation Software and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) Module Revision for the U. S. Army Inspector General School (TIGS) .
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government.
Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 12:00 PM CST, 22 September 2025. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to annalyssa.o.navarro-schwener.civ@army.mil.
A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
