7/29/25 Addendum 1, Version 2. The purpose of this version is to:
• Revise the Due Date and Time of the Solicitation
• Respond to questions received by the deadline stated in the Solicitation.
ADDENDUM
I. The State revises the due date and time of the Solicitation from July 29, 5:00 PM CT to August 6, 10:00 AM CT.
II. Below are the State’s responses to questions received by the deadline stated in the Solicitation.
1. What is the VSD cabinet part number. VSD part # 371-04181-101
2. Are you able to send me a photo of the separate nameplate for the VSD cabinet.
The Department of Military Affairs is looking to award a one-time contract for repair of the York Chiller System #2 at the Cambridge AFRC. The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of furnish and installation of a new LGBT Module for the York Chiller
(Model:YCV0157SA46VABBXTOXTXXLXXXX44SXXXXXHXDXSAXLXXX7NXXLXNH5XXXX, Serial: RATM021600) to include programming to original factory settings to be done by Certified Manufacturer Trained Technician.
Repair of the York Chiller should include all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals. All debris shall be removed and properly disposed by contractor. System shall be totally operational and performing as designed at the completion of the project. Supervisor. at Cambridge AFRC, Specifications and a scope of work further defined in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract.
