The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR) in Norfolk, VA for original installed
classroom AV maintenance services using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard of 34 million dollars.

Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the
above site; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is selfcertifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer.
