Rentschler Field Concourse Restroom Finish Upgrades

The project generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1.        Preparation of existing concrete floors, including scarification, infill, and temporary removal of floor drains, as recommended by manufacturer to receive new floor finish. 2.        Preparation of existing CMU walls, as recommended by manufacturer to receive high-performance coatings. 3.        Preparation of existing steel doors and frames as recommended by manufacturer to receive high-performance coatings. 4.        Removal and replacement of hollow metal doors, frames and hardware as identified as an alternate bid in the Drawings and Specifications. 5.        Proper offsite disposal of all removed materials in accordance with applicable regulations.
