POSTING NOTICE
Commercial Dishwasher Procurement & Installation

Owner: Southbridge Public Schools
Project Location: Southbridge High School, 132 Torrey Road, Southbridge, MA 01550

Southbridge Public Schools is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors/vendors for the procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a commercial conveyor-type dishwasher system.

Scope of Work Includes:
- Supply of commercial conveyor-type dishwasher system (Hobart CL44-DWR+BUILDUP or equivalent)
- Provision of vent hood, electric tank heater, sheet pan racks, and accessories
- Delivery, installation, and full system assembly
- Connection to utilities (electrical, plumbing, ventilation)
- System testing, calibration, and commissioning
- Demonstration of system operation
- Provision of warranty for equipment and labor

Special Requirements:
- Prevailing wage rates apply
- OSHA certification required for all personnel
- 5% bid deposit required
- 50% payment bond required for projects exceeding $25,000
- Provide three references for similar projects
