The City of Bristol is seeking to install gas heaters at its Public Works garage. Remove existing unit heaters and associated venting, and either patch and seal roof opening, or reuse existing vent opening for new vent installation, where applicable as noted on the drawings. Install concrete pads where noted for placement of propane tanks. Install new Modine unit heaters, including all connections to gas, electrical, ventilation, etc for full operational use. Bid is subject to bonds, insurance, prevailing wages and CHRO municipal set aside requirements.
