Forklift Purchase

Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Department of Government Operations Archives Administration
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: One (1) Forklift & acommpanying equipment, See attachment B in the files section of this posting for required specifications.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Please submit your bid by clicking on the requested information tab and submitting to the line item labeled "Cost". Upload your entire bid with cost in this file location. In addition each Vendor must fill out attachment C "Forklift Cost Sheet" located in the files section of this posting and upload it as well. All bids must be all inclusive pricing to include shipping. To be considered Vendors must acknowldege they can perform all of the Mandatory Minimum Requirements (MMR's) in the "Request Information Page"
