The Town of Vail, Colorado is looking for technology solutions that support all Human Resources and Payroll Management services. All phases of installation, configuration, implementation, customization (if necessary), training, maintenance, and ongoing support for the HRIS and Payroll Management system should be included in the proposal.

We have an aggressive timeline in mind, and are looking to have the Onboarding, Core HR, and Benefits modules implemented by September, 2025, with the intent of running an Open Enrollment shortly thereafter. The full software implementation shall be completed and ready to use as the Town’s primary HRIS and Payroll Management system no later than December 31, 2025.

In addition to the RFP itself, available by clicking the link below, respondents will need to complete a Functional Requirements spreadsheet, which will be provided once you register your company with the Town as an interested party to this RFP.

Proposals are due by March 28, 2025 by email to tjjohnson@vail.gov. If questions arise, they should also be sent to tjjohnson@vail.gov.
