Amendment 0001: This amendment is issued to provide questions and answers received. See attached Q&A document.





This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations, Los Angeles Field Office. See the attached solicitations, provisions, and attachment(s), for all necessary information.





This RFQ is for the procurement of Narcotics Destruction. The services are being procured IAW the stated salient characteristics included in the Statement of Work (SOW). It is the intent of CBP to procure commercially available services.





The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is listed above, which has a size standard of $47 Million Dollars.





One firm-fixed-price, purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures.





All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.





*Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO QUOTERS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS





For this solicitation, each quote shall include the following (see FAR 52.212-2 above for evaluation factors):





• Volume I: Technical (non-price)





- Submission shall detail in sufficient manner for the Government to evaluate whether the quote will meet the requirements of the SOW (Attachment 1)



- Submission shall meet the requirements of FAR 52.212-3



- Quotes MUST be valid for at least sixty (60) calendar days from the closing date of the RFQ.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF QUESTIONS FROM PROSPECTIVE QUOTERS:





Potential quoters may submit questions in writing, regarding the SOW and the terms and conditions of this solicitation electronically via email. All questions shall be received no later than (NLT) 10:00 AM Pacific Time, 6 February, 2025. Please be advised that all questions related to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing and that the Government reserves the right to transmit questions and answers to all prospective vendors.
