Process

A site visit has been scheduled on 12/11/2025 at 1:00 pm in order to view the exact scope of work of 4-foot-high privacy fence installation, at which time potential bidders may review the current fencing site, schedules and additional requirements.

Bidder is required to complete the item grid, attach an electronic copy of their quote, and required forms (listed under attachments) within the solicitation in OhioBuys. Quotes must remain effective throughout the term of the agreement.

Bids will be evaluated, and the contract for services will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency.
