Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 1664 S. Dixie Dr. Suite G102, St. George, Utah 84770.
Questions: Questions are due in writing to the U3P-Bonfire Website at https://utah.bonfirehub.com/projects on or
before Friday, April 17th, 2026 at 12:00 PM MST.
Submission: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Hildale City offices located at 320 East
Newel Avenue, Hildale, Utah 84784, until Friday, April 24th, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, April 13th, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time at Hildale City Hall at 320 Newel Avenue Hildale, Utah 84784.
