Scope of Services
It is the intent of this invitation for Bid to engage with a successful Bidder(s) for Lobby Enhancement and Renovations- Carroll Street based on a fixed price, in accordance with the following specifications listed herein. It is understood that there may be additions or deletions to the list specified herein during the life of this contract as dictated by KUA’s service protocols.
KUA`s objective is to contract with a qualified, competent, experienced and State of Florida licensed/certified Contractor to install an ADA Teller Window in place of the existing non-ADA compliant window at the James C. Welsh administration building per the drawings provided in Exhibit-B. The successful bidder is responsible for all permits required.
