Description:
The Town of Batesburg-Leesville is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist in the development of GIS for the Department of Utilities water distribution system valve assessment. The purpose of this project is to obtain precise geographic location data for the Town's water distribution valves and provide an engineering assessment to identify the system specific valves crucial to isolating the various parts of the water distribution system.
