Ohio Department of Health-DOH56639-Bureau of Maternal Child and Family Health-Primary Care Provider (PCP) Education and Quality Improvement (QI) Program

The BMCFH (Bureau of Maternal Child and Family Health) wishes to partner with a statewide organization of pediatricians in Ohio to continue advancing the health of infants, children and adolescents in Ohio, including children with special health care needs. This will be completed through educating and engaging pediatric practices in quality improvement projects aimed at practice change to improve the health of children and through education of staff using information gathered through focus groups of both pediatricians and families. This project will also involve data collection and evaluation.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFI DOH56639 #SRC0000031988. Each Offeror must submit a Letter of Interest.  Furthermore, the Offerer must title the electronic file with  “DOH56639/ RFI #SRC0000031988 - Letter of Interest”, as appropriate.
