Ohio Department of Health-DOH57378-Bureau of Health Preparedness-SFY26- 27-Disability and Preparedness Specialist-RDQ

ODH recognizes the importance of planning for people with access and functional needs and how they are affected by different preparedness, response, and recovery activities. This project aims to improve its preparedness planning to include these populations to strengthen overall resilience of the community and to build more effective and equitable disaster response systems. The project advances program objectives through incorporation of community needs into existing Emergency Response Plans, communication and outreach, and training and capacity building. This should cover all phases: preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP -  SRC0000032054 - 57378 Ohio Dept of Health Bureau of Health Preparedness-SFY26- 27-Disability and Preparedness Specialist-RDQ . Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost form/proposal as part of its total proposal before the closing date and time, which is 7/24/2025 at 3PM. If no qualifed bids are received, ODH reserves the right to post additional rounds to allow more time for qualified bidders to submit proposals.

The Offeror must title the electronic files with  "DOH RFP  # SRC0000032054/DOH57378 -- Technical Proposal” and "  - -DOH RFP  # SRC0000032054/DOH57378 Cost Proposal” as appropriate.

Pl ease note there is not a page minimum or maximum for the technical proposal and bidders should refer to technical evaluation criterion on the RFP document for guidance.  The cost proposal should include the completed e xcel Cost Proposal Form.
