Clark Construction Group, in partnership with McKissack & McKissack and THG Companies, is assembling a team of project partners for the Redevelopment of the Pimlico Racing Facility at 5201 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215. Bid Opportunities With this current opportunity, Clark invites Trade Contractors to bid on the following packages:
● DIV 02 – Site Demolition Dewatering
● DIV 03 – Concrete (Tunnel and Retaining Walls)
● DIV 07 – Waterproofing (Tunnel)
● DIV 31 – Earthwork
● DIV 32 – Exterior Improvements - Site Concrete, Asphalt
● DIV 33 – Utilities - Wet and Dry
Prebid Site Visit: Stay tuned for forthcoming information regarding a prebid site visit.
Prequalification Required: All bidders must prequalify online at TradeTapp before submitting a bid.
MBE Participation : This project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8% African-American and 11% Woman-Owned Businesses. Only MDOT-certified MBEs will count toward the goal.
Prevailing Wages: This project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates.
Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted via BuildingConnected and are due at 2:00PM on July 31, 2025.
