Description: |
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has posted the following Solicitation: IFB 275043 and is seeking a Bidder to provide and install a paper cutter machine in accordance with the specifications set forth in this Invitation for Bid.
All Bidders will be required to register in the PLCB’s online self-service Oracle Supplier Portal as a “Non-Merchandise” supplier of goods and services. Registration must be completed before a bid can be submitted or a Purchase Order (PO) fully executed. Information on how to register and related training can be found by clicking the link below. (Please Note: A PLCB Supplier number will NOT be immediately generated upon submission of registration. The request will be processed by the LB Supplier unit within 3-5 business days from date received. It is recommended that all Bidders allow sufficient time to register before the bid deadline). https://www.lcb.pa.gov/JoinOurTeam/Pages/ERP-Resources-for-Goods-and-Services-Suppliers.aspx After registration, suppliers will use the Portal to manage and update account information, upload and view invoices, view and acknowledge purchase orders and related documents, view and track payment information and status. It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure that the supplier information contained in the Supplier Portal is accurate and complete. Failure to update the Supplier Portal of any changes to supplier information may result in delayed payments. |

WORKER PROTECTION AND INVESTMENT CERTIFICATION FORM
A. Pursuant to Executive Order 2021-06, Worker Protection and Investment (October 21, 2021), the
Commonwealth is responsible for ensuring that every worker in Pennsylvania has a safe and healthy work
environment and the protections afforded them through labor laws. To that end, contractors and grantees of
the Commonwealth must certify that they are in compliance with Pennsylvania's Unemployment

three-year ineligibility to bid on contracts under 62 Pa. C.S. 531 (Debarment or suspension).
