The City of Deerfield Beach is soliciting sealed responses from vendors to upgrade the Hillsboro Community Center Conference Room in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of the Request for Quote.
Site Visit will be held on April 4, 2025 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Hillsboro Community Center located at 50 Hillsboro Technology Drive, Deerfield Beach Florida 33441.
Questions and Answers:
The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through eProcurement Marketplace by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via eProcurement Marketplace.
The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
