North Region FY26 CLAs

The State of Connecticut, Department of Developmental Services (DDS), is seeking proposals from qualified DDS vendors who are qualified to provide services for Community Living Arrangements (CLAs). DDS is looking to open three (3) new CLAs. Two of the CLA’s are for young males with a history of behavioral health needs. The third CLA is a home for medically fragile individuals who require tracheotomy care.
