Project Description: Invitation to Bid:
Notice is hereby given that SPRINGVILLE CITY INCORPORATED (OWNER) will accept bids to furnish the Trailer Mounted Portable Generator according to specifications provided in this bid contract, and described in general as:
Purchase of the Portable generator must be of the Multiquip brand or equivalent
Bids will be accepted by the OWNER until 2:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, August 14 , 2025. After the deadline, the sealed bids will be opened by Springville Public Works and Springville Finance Representatives. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The OWNER will then make the decision of award and contact the individual bidders with the decision on or after Thursday, August 28, 2025.
