Marine Science Magnet High School Renovations

The Project is comprised of interior alterations and renovations to the first and second floors of the MSMHS, an existing two-story facility with lower-level access and an upper mechanical penthouse located at 130 Shennecossett Road, Groton, Connecticut. This facility currently offers instruction to grades 9-12. The interior alterations/renovations are to be completed in two (2) phases beginning July 1, 2025. The scheduling of the phasing is to be coordinated with LEARN and MSMHS and solidified with the selected contractor. This project is subject to grant approval by the State Department of Education and a July 1, 2025 start date.
