Place of Performance:
The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries, Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC), and Western Acquisition Division (WAD) are seeking information on the development of a compact, low-cost, wide angle underwater stereo imaging system. This system is intended to be a key component of an automated, end-to-end optical data acquisition and analysis pipeline for fishery-independent surveys, supporting NOAA Fisheries’ mission to advance stock assessments, ensure sustainable fisheries, and contribute to the New Blue Economy.
