NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration intends to award a single source contract to Airport Express Oklahoma City, OK.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, proposes to continue procuring Transportation Services for Training Services and Support Division, The FAA Academy (AMA-20). The acquisition will utilize single source procedures.
In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System, AMS 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the FAA. It is in the best interest of the FAA to maintain the current vendor, Airport Express, through when the awarding of the follow-on contract for this effort has been completed. This Bridge effort will retain efficiencies and eliminate unacceptable delays/breaks in service.
This announcement is for informational purposes only and is not a Solicitation, Request for Proposal, or Screening Information Request. This requirement will be awarded to Airport Express and is not available for competition. All questions pertaining to this announcement should be addressed in writing to the FAA Contracting Specialist at gilbert.n.park@faa.gov no later than 1 pm (CT) on September 23, 2025.
