The purpose of these specifications is to provide a transit circulator service to transport passengers along a predetermined route throughout the island during the peak of the Tourism season. In addition, we are looking to provide reliable, year-round shuttle service from various senior residences to the Howard S. Stainton Senior Center located at 1735 Simpson Avenue.
