Contracted Air Services (CAS) Fighter Jet Re-compete

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has awarded contract N0042125D0084 to Airborne Tactical Advantage Co. LLC, UEI: LHYAP8Y7N4M3, CAGE Code 1UNN8 of Newport News, 23602-8701, to provide contractor-owned and operated Type III high subsonic and Type IV supersonic aircraft to Navy fleet customers for a wide variety of airborne threat simulation capabilities, training, and certification events in support of training aircraft squadron aircrew and shipboard system operators on how to counter potential enemy advanced airborne threats, tactics, and electronic warfare.in support of PMA 226.

This effort was awarded using competition with only one offer received as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of five (5) years. The Product/Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is U099 – EDUCATION/TRAINING- OTHER. The NAICS code is 488190: OTHER SUPPORT ACTIVITIES FOR AIR TRANSPORTATION, and the small business size standard is $40M.

The Government has determined ATAC’s proposed cost/price has been determined to be fair and reasonable under this competition.
