This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

Through this solicitation, the New York City Department of Probation (DOP) seeks to retain a qualified, City-certified M/WBE vendor to perform comprehensive facility upgrades at its offices located at 1958 Fulton Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11233. The work covers Rooms 200–213 on the second floor and extends to bathroom facilities and rooms requiring modernization.

Prospective bidders are encouraged to arrange a site visit to the project location. Vendors must contact Stephen Richards ("site contact") via email at sterichards@probation.nyc.gov to request an appointment and receive any required access instructions.
