This project will be administered by the VDOT Hampton Roads District Major Projects office. The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), is constructing a new diamond interchange at Interstate 64 (I-64) and Denbigh Boulevard in the City of Newport News. This new interchange would serve as an additional access point along I-64 between Fort Eustis Boulevard and Jefferson Avenue.
