Invitation to Bid (ITB) # GSW-2526, "General Site Work" (Task Order Contract)

The Charles County Public School (CCPS) System is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Bidders to provide general site work, repairs and improvements, time and materials - task order contract, on an “on-call, as needed basis”. The successful Vendor/Contractor shall provide CCPS with clearing, grubbing, grading, demolition, hauling, fill (top soil, general fill, and structural fill), road and parking base, compaction, seeding and sod, concrete curbs, walks and concrete paving, site signage (directional, ASHTO - Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) for a variety of small projects, on an as needed basis. The resulting Contract shall be for one (1) year with options to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
