The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services (DGS) on behalf of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (Agency) is seeking a comprehensive vendor-hosted solution that provides both hardware and software call-handling systems for Pennsylvania’s Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) and others related public safety entities from a professional Offeror with a high degree of skill and knowledge that will meet the Agency’s requirements.
The Issuing Office will be conducting a mandatory SDB and VBE Goal Information Session for this RFP.
