Solicitation Summary
MDOT SHA is requesting quotes for pest control serives at it's 3 buildings in Queen Anne's County on the Eastern Shore. This is a for self-certified small busiensses only. No subcontracting. Bidder must hold a MD Agriculture Pesticide Applicator Commerifcal License. Technicians working on SHA property shall have completed training, be registered with MDA and have their card.
There's a monhtly preventative maintenance and inspection service fee line item on the price form, and a flat fee for will-call treatment of an infestation, usually stinginging insects in the summer and mice in the winter. These prices should reflect all of your costs. There is no mileage fee, show up fee, labor hour, additional junk fee. Please note that the monhtly payment is for all three SHA locations together, not per building. SHA prefers to pay by credit card after services are rendered, if you do not charge a credit card fee. Otherwise, invoice us and we'll pay you check by mail or ACH treansfer. Net 15 days payment terms. There is a line item for materials, so you can charge us MSPR for the traps or chemicals consumed. The materials pricing shall be fair and reasonable.
Normal busienss hours for guests is 7AM to 2PM Monday through Friday.
