Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Water System Improvements, Contract 2 – Water Storage Tank to include the construction of a new 250,000-gallon elevated water storage tank, installation of yard piping, and all other necessary appurtenances, will be received by the Honorable Timothy McComas at the Ravenden City Hall, 227 South 2nd Street, Ravenden, Arkansas 72459 until 10:15 AM (local time), on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations:
Engineer: Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled by calling (870) 972-5316 or by email to jselig@ce-associates.biz .
Hardcopies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, upon a non refundable payment of $100.00 for each set. Bidding information can be downloaded at www.questcdn.com . Reference QuestCDN project number 9731146 for a non-refundable charge of $30.00. Contact QuestCDN Customer Support at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in membership registration, downloading digital project information, and vBid online bid submittal. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN, which will add your company to the Planholders List and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid. Online submittal of bids will be accepted for an additional non-refundable charge of $30.00. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Engineer or QuestCDN.
