Heber Springs City Hall Roof Replacement (806 W Main Street)
General Notice
The City of Heber Springs (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Heber Springs City Hall Roof Replacement
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Hall located at 806 W Main Street, Heber Springs, AR 72543, until Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
1. remove and dispose of rubber roofing(11,580 sf)
2. Install rubber roofing 45 mil (11,580 sf)
3. Flash parapet wall only-PVC/TPO-up to 3”
4. Remove and replace exhaust cap-through flat roof
5. Remove and replace pitch pan
6. Detach and reset central air condenser unit
7. Comb and straighten a/c condenser fins with trip charge
8. Remove and replace flat roof exhaust vent

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described above. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Owner will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than City Hall.
