DESCRIPTION

This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information (RFI/Sources Sought) for market research purposes only. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Sources Sought in order to identify capable firms and obtain information for planning purposes only.

Responses must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST, March 17th, 2025. Submit responses to this Sources Sought via email to james.ferro@va.gov All SDVOSB and VOSB firms that respond shall include proof of CVE certification via www.vip.vetbiz.gov. All small business firms that respond shall include proof of small business status via their Representations and Certifications in accordance with (FAR 4.1102 Policy). While SDVOSB/VOSB firms are preferred, all capable firms are welcome to respond to this Sources Sought. All respondents to this Sources Sought shall include as part of their response answers to the below questions and provide any additional pertinent information that supports the answers. If there are any ambiguities in this Sources Sought, please identify them in your response.

The results of this market research will assist in the development of (1) the requirement, and (2) the acquisition strategy (e.g., socioeconomic set-aside, full and open competition, etc.). VA assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred associated with the preparation of responses.

SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS:
Must be able to provide advanced homodynamic monitoring. To include continuous non- invasive blood pressure monitoring, tissue oxygenation monitoring, and visualization of left and right heart monitoring parameters on a single screen view.

Must provide an arterial monitoring sensor that is compatible with an existing atrial line (Cook Medical Arterial Pressure Monitoring Set G58408)

Must have capability for use with Swan-Ganz pulmonary catheter.

Must have hypotensive prediction index.

Must be able to utilize predictive algorithm software to anticipate hemodynamic instability before it occurs, based on the following parameters:

Must be customizable to allow clinicians to select specific monitoring applications based on their needs. So that they can integrate different monitoring technologies, such as non-invasive, minimally invasive, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring options.

Must have a second pressure source.

Must have at least a 10 inch, touch screen to not exceed 20 inches

Must offer clear visibility into trends, parameters, and intervention feedback.

Must provide a rolling stand.

Must provide a minimum equipment extended warranty of 1 year, to not exceed 5 years.
