General Notice
The City of Heber Springs (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Heber Springs Parks and Recreation-Community Center and Aquatics Center Roof Replacement
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Hall located at 806 W Main Street, Heber Springs, AR 72543, until Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Community Center
1. remove and dispose of standing seam metal roof (42,866 sf)
2. replacement of standing seam metal roof (42,866 sf)
3. replace ridge Cap
4. replace valley Flashing
5. replace neoprene pipe jack flashing
6. replace drip edge
7. replace step flashing
8. Detach and reset lightning protection system
9. mobilization and demobilization
Aquatics Center
1. remove and dispose of standing seam metal roof (7,794 sf)
2. replacement of standing seam metal roof (7,794 sf)
3. replacement of ridge cap
4. replacement of gable trim
5. replacement of eave trim
6. replacement of neoprene pipe jack flashing
7. replacement of exhaust cap
8. replacement of roof ventilator
9. remove and dispose of polycarbonate roof (10,802 sf)
10. replacement of polycarbonate roof (10,802 sf)
11. replacement of glazing gasket (3,642 lf)
12. replacement of drip edge

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described above. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Owner will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than City Hall.
