  • Operate within a footprint of 10 square meters or less.

  • Provide healthy meal options that support Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) guidelines, including display of macronutrients, dietary tags, and calorie counts.

  • Enable secure, QR-based entitlement access without collecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

  • Include a touchscreen user interface and intuitive dashboard for usage tracking, inventory, and system monitoring.

  • Support local maintenance and system uptime with vendor-provided troubleshooting and spare parts availability in Area IV.

  • What is the maximum meal output per hour your system supports?

  • How do you ensure nutrition compliance and display for end users?

  • What maintenance and support can be provided locally during the 6-month pilot?

  • Does your system avoid collecting PII and operate safely on commercial networks?

  • Have you operated autonomous or low-labor food systems in the past?
