Description

The proposed acquisition is to acquire the following Kardex brand name products: Power Pick System Inventory Control Software; Conversion Set LED Navigator 2850W; and Estimated FOB Origin Shipping. These products are to be distributed to one site, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Taxpayer Services Division’s National Distribution Center (NDC) at 2525 Revenue Drive, Bloomington, Illinois 61705-2500.
