Project Description: The Blackmon Storm Drainage Improvement Project is bordered by Sampson Street to the north, Hoskins Road to the south, Sampson Street to the west, and Ridgeley Drive to the east. This project area is within a drainage area of approximately 300 acres and the improvements will include culvert and pipe system upgrades. The estimated cost of this project is $4,390,016.
