REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide MRI Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for the following location: Cheyenne VA Medical Center, located at 2360 E Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82001.

The Cheyenne VA Medical Center has a corrective and preventative maintenance service requirement for the government-owned Titan-16-S MRI machine (SID# 30023601). The Contractor shall provide full service corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance inspections, travel, labor, and all other incidentals necessary to maintain or restore the listed equipment to operating specification per the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) literature and recommendations.

Preventative Maintenance (PM) services will include, but may not be limited to:

Cleaning of equipment to include overhead tube suspension rails
Reviewing operating system software diagnostics to ensure that the system is operating in accordance with the OEM specifications.
Cleaning and lubricating equipment.
Performing remedial, non-emergent maintenance
Testing and replacing faulty and worn parts or parts likely to become worn or faulty.
Returning the equipment to condition and normal operating modes
