IFB 25-062 NYPI Automatic Transfer Switch

The OMH, NYSPI is looking for quotes from qualified contractors to furnish and install 800AMP 4 pole Bypass Automatic Transfer Switch at our New York State Psychiatric Institute – Office of Mental Health located at 1051 Riverside Drive, Ste 1919 New York N.Y. 10032. The electrical panel is in Building 5/P-level – Switchgear room.

The Site Visit Registration Form is due per the instructions in the IFB by August 15, 2025, 3:00PM.

There is an Optional Site Visit on August 19, 2025, 10:00AM ET.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, August 21, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on August 28, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, September 4, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
