D. Project Description: ​​Reroofing of the existing Justice Center. Includes removal of existing roofing system and replacement with new system.​​

F. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a ​​​Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount​​​.

G. This job pays prevailing wage rates based on state of Missouri wage rates (Annual Wage OrderNo. 32).

1. The Wage Determination lists each Classification of worker you will use on this project and the rates you must pay each classification. The wage rates specific to this job are attached.

2. It is th prime contactor's responsibility to ensure that the wage rate and labor standards information is in all subcontractors contracts.

I. This project will include Liquadated Damages refer to 007300-Supplemental Conditions.
