The City of Winston-Salem is requesting proposals from experienced contractors to partner with the Winston-Salem Police Department in the outsourcing of laboratory and analytical services for advanced DNA testing not offered by the North Carolina State Crime Lab (hereinafter "NCSCL"). This includes Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) microarray testing or Whole Genome (WGS) sequencing.Â
