Neurovascular Coils

Project Description: The University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the supply of neurovascular coils and associated systems.
The intent of this RFP is to establish a dual-vendor contractual framework that ensures a reliable and consistent supply of high-quality neurovascular products while promoting competitive pricing. Through this process, UMC seeks to:
• Secure cost-effective pricing structures through competitive sourcing
• Establish defined contractual agreements with selected vendors
• Ensure consistent product availability to support uninterrupted clinical operations
• Maintain and enhance the quality of patient care in neurovascular interventions
Selected vendors will be expected to demonstrate strong clinical performance, reliable supply chain capabilities, and comprehensive support services aligned with UMC’s operational and patient care standards.
