Summary
The Alabama Medicaid Agency is looking to procure the items mentioned below and for them to be installed. Due to several emails and calls we have decided that it would be best to schedule a site visit for this sourcing project due to specific measurements. If the supplier is not willing to perform a site visit their submitted bid will not be accepted. We will hold the site visit on Friday June 12
th
at 10:30 am. All suppliers will enter the front of the building facing the State Capital. Once signed in and given a visitor badge you will be escorted to the desired areas requiring installation. Also, the specs for the exact items we are requesting are attached.
