FY26 - 27 COBH Generator Maintenance and Repair

Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare is soliciting bids for a contractor to perform generator testing and maintenance on hospital grounds.  Preventative and repair work needed (but not limited to):

Quarterly (October, January and April, July (April PM can be completed at the time of load bank if desired)

Contractor shall advise the Building Construction Superintendent or designee of any necessary repairs. Parts and labor to make any necessary repairs shall be handled as an additional cost. A written quote for additional work shall be provided, and a purchase order will be assigned before work commences.

Additional Services:

COBH is currently seeking a supplier within State Contract Index MAC034 to obtain quotes for Preventative and Repair Generator services through 06/30/27.  This includes contract number RS901022

We would like to plan for 125 hours for Prevenative and Repair labor and 40 hours for emergency repair labor for each Fiscal Year.  Per State of Ohio Procurement requirements pertaining to a Competitive Selection – Two Phase contract, COBH is required to obtain Quotes from contractors for the planned work.  The quote should be uploaded into OhioBuys and clearly identify the contractor, address, phone number and other relevant contact information.  The quote must also reference to the State Contract.  COBH management will review the quotes and determine which supplier to schedule the needed work.
