On or about February 11, 2025, the contracting department at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard will be posting a solicitation with the purpose of renting/leasing a submersible fire pump. The pump will need to provide 10,000 gallons per minute verticle lift minimum, be NFPA approved, have an 8 hour run time and must be able to be trailer mounted.
