Invitation to Bid - GMP #1 - Harry Grove Stadium Improvements

The Whiting-Turner Construction Company is soliciting bids for the following packages relating to the Harry Grove Stadium Improvements, 21 Stadium Drive, Frederick, MD:
· Package 03A – Concrete
· Package 05A – Structural Steel
· Package 07B – Waterproofing
· Package 13A – Metal Buildings
· Package 26A – Electrical – LL Equipment
· Package 26B – Stadium Lighting
· Package 31A – Support of Excavation
· Package 31B – Earthwork

The project has an overall Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) goal of 32% with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Women Owned Businesses. All firms must be MDOT certified.

This project is subject to Prevailing Wage.

Prebid Conference - The prebid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on 12/20, at 9:00AM EST. For information concerning access to the online prebid meeting, send an email to john.pattillo@whiting-turmer.com .

Onsite project walk – There will be an onsite project walk for the trades listed in the bid packages above. Please send an email to john.pattillo@whiting-turmer.com for additional information if you would like to attend. The walk is scheduled for 3rd, January 2025, at 9:00AM EST.

Bid RFIs – Submission of bid RFIs will close on January 6th, 2025, at 3:00PM EST.

Bid Close – Submission of bids will close on January 10, 2025, at 12:00PM EST.
